After working for large engineering and construction firms, Brice J. Soltys made the decision to form a design/build construction and construction management company of his own. His goal was to provide the communication and personal touch that can be lost with larger construction management companies. He believes each client deserves the utmost attention in lieu of being just a client number added to the volume of a company’s resume.

Professional Experience
As founder of Soltys Design Build LLC, Brice is involved in the day-to-day management activities as well as the planning procedures that provide direction for the company’s future growth and expansion.
Brice has been personally involved in the planning, design, construction, and successful occupancy for hundreds of facilities with a total square footage in excess of 40 million square feet. He brings a unique perspective and knowledge from the vantage point of consulting on all “sides” of a project, including the construction management, pre-construction, and ownership point of view.
Prior to founding Soltys Design Build LLC, he has acquired many years of design and construction experience in positions of increasing responsibility with architectural and engineering firms, design/build, construction, and Fortune 500 companies.
