PRE CONSTRUCTION
We can provide pre-construction / project management services alone or in combination with any of our other construction services. Our goal is to minimize or eliminate the concerns you may have at the beginning of any project.

DESIGN BUILD
What makes us more than a general contractor is our design/build capabilities. We provide professional liability insurance which general contractors do not. When selected to perform on a design/build services basis, we take ultimate responsibility for the architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design and construction.

When selected in this capacity, we have the deep ability to control cost and schedule to provide you with the best value possible.


GENERAL CONTRACTOR
We are extremely proficient in performing traditional general contractor services once you have a completed your project design.

Starting with a completed set of architectural drawings, we select subcontractors to complete your work, create a schedule, and oversee the project to ensure the subcontractors stay on schedule and adhere to the documented design.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
When we perform construction management services, you, the owner, will contract separately with the architect. We provide input to you and your architect during the design process to advise how various design options will impact cost and schedule.

Once a final design is agreed upon with you and your architect, we provide a total guaranteed maximum price to build the project and allow you to share in any cost-savings measures we are able to obtain throughout the construction process.

OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE
You are busy running your own business, and the design and construction process can be complex. By hiring us as your owner’s representative, you execute contracts with the architect, general contractor and/or subcontractors and maintain ultimate decision-making authority.

You will utilize our expertise in all aspects of the design and construction process as we provide recommendations on your behalf for site selection, design, general contractor and subcontractor reviews, construction, and final occupancy coordination. 

We ensure that the decisions your architect and general contractor/subcontractorsmake are in your best interest to provide optimal cost, schedule, and quality.

COST SEGREGATION
As an additional service when your project is completed, we can work closely with your tax accountant to perform a cost segregation study. Utilizing a direct cost-in-place methodology, the cost for your project is segregated into distributive trades, services property, personal property,land improvements, and real property.

Depending on the category, the depreciation values can range from five, seven, fifteen, and 39 years. Hiring us to work with your accountant to perform this type of analysis can provide you with substantial tax savings.
